April 15, 2024: program application opens

September 3, 2024: application period closes
The 2025 APEX Awards applications will be due by September 3.
November 2024: the 2025 winners are notified
2025 winners will be notified the last week of November!
February 17, 2025: the 2025 Training APEX Awards Gala
Winners receive their crystal awards and learn their rankings at the Training APEX Awards Gala on February 17, 2025. The event is held in Orlando, FL, at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort during the Training 2025 Conference & Expo. All 2025 winners will receive invitations and more details in late 2024.
March 2025: official announcement of 2025 winners
The list of 2025 winners is published in the March print and digital issues of Training magazine. All gala attendees will receive commemorative copies of the magazine at the event!
March 2025: feedback period begins
All applicants receive their feedback reports and qualitative scorecards by mid-March 2025. Applicants can schedule a feedback call with Editor/Publisher Lorri Freifeld any time between March and September 2025!
